Verifiable Testimonials from our Customers

We don’t ask customers for testimonials/reviews though we do get them, much appreciated I’m sure. We (and I mean ‘we’) get the most pleasure from the emails customers send us when we’ve completed a project because they seem more spontaneous and to you possibly more authentic – they are in their completeness. Here are a few:

Windows look great thanks to all for all your work. Send us over the invoice when you’re ready.

Just a quick note to thank you guys for such an amazing job. We really love our new windows and especially this beautiful new door.

Mark

Oh wow! Aren’t the windows gorgeous! I’m delighted with them, thank you so much Max. I love the mouldings. They are perfect.

I was down at the house over the weekend. Windows look awesome! Just wondering if you can quote for the the doors and shutters, your workmanship is the finest I’ve seen, I’m aghast actually! and that’s coming from an architect. Also would you be able to bring some more window catches and finger lifts for downstairs – I agree, they’re useful…

I managed to get round to the flat on Wednesday, they look great, really pleased thanks very much. The tenants are also really pleased, and best of all they’ve had the heating on and noticed a huge difference in the room temperature. So that’s one mission accomplished.

There is no doubt in my mind that traditional wooden box sash windows are the only solution for Victorian and Edwardian houses. Everything else just looks wrong including the UPVC lookalike types. If it’s one of those it also it doesn’t help with your value. My new windows were made to PartL Building Regs and conform to every energy and green issue, that makes sense to me.
I had replaced all my windows myself 32 years ago (I’m reasonably good at woodwork) and although they were still in a repairable state I decided to have the 3 bay windows and one side window replaced -, after all 30 years for windows is a good innings in anyone’s book. I obtained surveys/quotations from 4 companies that operate in my area – most of the companies had a good understanding of their subject with only one of them being downright obnoxious as well as being the most expensive. One of the companies buys in the windows from Romania, another wanted to use part a reconstituted fibre board for the boxes whilst the last one couldn’t build the boxes to the required thickness of the wall. I had no option but to get a further quotation just to make sure that the extraordinary cost quoted was justified. Apparently Sashpro don’t advertise so I had to delve deep.I was immediately taken by Max’s knowledge, understanding and passion for his trade. I instinctively knew that Sashpro was the right company for the job but was afraid that I would not be able to afford them. So I was delighted that Sashpro’s quotation was actually competitive.
The eventual installation went like a dream too – the attention to detail is second to none.
It sounds a bit like a cliché but Max was totally customer focussed throughout the project without being over the top.
I’m sceptical myself about anyone’s reviews and often wonder how genuine they are, and I’m happy for anyone to come and have a look for themselves. I’m sure that Max is happy to make the arrangements if requested.
