Fitting Our weather strip is supplied machined into staff beads, the fitter slots it into meeting rails and top rails (figs 1 & 2).Single flanged parting bead (fig 3) replaces timber parting bead and is turned around at the half way point so that the flange addresses each sash and is therefore invisible. No draught proofing flanges are visible throughout the sash window(fig 4)
